  4. Before you print the manual

  6. For best results set the page margins to:

  8. top - 1.00 inch
  9. bottom - 1.00 inch
  10. left - 1.25 inch
  11. right - 1.25 inch

If you are using A4 paper to print then you need to check that page breaks are clean.  I had to insert a manual page break at the bottom of page 40 to ensure correct formatting for US Letter.  You should remove the page break and check the document for bad page breaks.  In addition,  you need to rerun the table of contents (use outline option and all levels).  See your Word user manual if you are not sure how to do this.
